In the case that management is aware of you attending with the intent to cover/promote their artist, you will likely be looking for the “kankeisha uketsuke” (関係者受付)or guest reception. ![]() The last thing you want to do is be late. This will give you some leeway in case things do not go as planned. Ideally, you want to be at the venue at or before the doors open for general admission. Have you checked the necessary transportation routes and transit times in order to arrive in a timely fashion? Assume that Google Maps or whatever app you use will underestimate the length of time you will need to get there. Once you have been granted the privilege of being able to cover the artist, the first challenge before you is being able to get to where you need to be.
